We believe in building a lasting relationship with the companies and organisations we work with, and so following on from the success of WAM Direct, we were pleased to be asked by WAM Europe to refresh their corporate website too.
As with all of our projects going forward, the new WAM Europe website takes advantage of HTML5 elements to provide a clean layout which is as easy for search engines to read as it is for humans.
An non-flash sliding panel on the homepage helps create a strong visual impact with vidid imagery and movement and introduces the visitor to WAM without being overwhelming and each slide is clickable to instantly jump to a page with further information.
The site is easy to navigate, thanks to the clickable logo, and always accessible top and side navigation sections.
A content management system allows WAM to manage the news section of their website by uploading images and entering text without incurring further costs or having to wait.
Over the coming weeks and months, we'll be working with WAM to improve their
organic SEO to deliver the website to a wider audience, and through careful studying of their changing
web metrics, the aim will be to retain more visitors, and to keep them engaged on the website for longer periods and through more pages.
An improved website and fine-tuned website performance can only be a positive step towards increasing conversions; which in the case of this website are represented by people using the contact form or making contact with the company directly.
